No. Arogom Hospitality is contingency-only — there's no retainer and no upfront cost. You only pay a fee if you hire someone we source.
What happens if a search doesn't result in a hire?
You don't owe us anything. Our fee is due only when you make a hire from candidates we deliver.
What roles do you place?
General Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, Director of Sales, Revenue Manager, and Director of Events, among other property leadership roles.
